Chris Bellingham serves as Station Manager for Avon Fire & Rescue Service, where he is dedicated to enhancing fire safety across a variety of operational environments. Chris ensures that his team is fully equipped with the latest knowledge to respond effectively to emerging risks, including electric vehicles and lithium-ion batteries. He has played a pivotal role in organising the recent comprehensive emergency exercise at Royal Portbury Docks, where he worked alongside industry partners such as The Bristol Port Company. Chris is committed to fostering collaboration between the fire service and industry to ensure the highest safety standards and is keen to share insights from his experience in leading these initiatives.
