This course is run in collaboration with STC Insiso and is designed for members of staff who undertake any aspect of incident investigation on behalf of their organisation, and for root cause analysis practitioners keen to enhance their evidence gathering skills.

Course fees as follows:
Early Bird* members rate: £700 + VAT per person
Members rate: £800 + VAT per person
